Hyderabadi Haleem

Ingredients:

Keriburk Hyderabadi Haleem Mix – 1 packet

Oil/Ghee – 2 tablespoons

Beef meat – 350 grams and bones – 250 grams

Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

Fried onions (Bereshta) – 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil/ghee in a pan and add the meat and bones. Add the Keriburk Haleem Mix spices, fry, then add water and cover to cook.
  2. Add the Keriburk Haleem Mix powder and mix well.
  3. Separate the bones from the meat.
  4. Use a wooden spoon to mash the dal (lentils) until it becomes thick.
  5. Serve with fried onions (Bereshta) on top before serving.
