Lahori Chargha

Ingredients:

  1.  Whole chicken (1.5 kg), skinless
  2.  Lemon juice, to taste
  3.  Ginger-garlic paste (1/2 tbsp each)
  4.  Oil for frying
  5.  Lahori Chargha Mix (1 packet)

Instructions:

  1. Rub the whole skinless chicken with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and Lahori Chargha Mix. Make sure it's well coated.
  2. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. In a steamer or large pot, add water and place a plate or bowl on top. Put the chicken on the plate and steam it until cooked.
  4. Once steamed, heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with fresh lettuce or coriander leaves on top
